There is, There are Game

Let’s practice “There is / There are” in a fun way!

This game is about grammar and vocabulary. The goal is to say as many words as possible to describe each place.

Rules:

1. Roll the dice to spot a square, for example, Zoo. Then, the student or group has to say as many things that exist in the zoo ( lion, zookeeper, cages, giraffe, trees, etc.
2. Each word worths one point, if a word has been said before in another round it is worth half a point.
3. The goal is to leave home and cross the city to get to the park. Once the student or group gets there the teacher sums the number of points.
4. The winner is the student or group that has more points (that has said more words).

The rules may be changed as you like.
