For instance: 

Singular	Plural
Aff.: There is a table in the room.	Aff.: There are chairs in the room.
Neg.: There isn’t a table in the room.	Neg.: There aren’t chairs in the room.
Int.: Is there a table in the room?	Int.: Are there chairs in the room?
